Anyone have a similar experience?

I am one of three people (between March 4-15, 2007) who had  2 ruined rims and tires from a section of road on Derry Road (eastbound) just under the 407 sign.

So far, the Region's insurance adjuster has rejected one of three claims.  Status not known at this time for the other two.  I am hoping others who may have had the same thing happen will come forward to acknowlege their experience.

An insurance claim should not be necessary if the Region acknowledges their responsibility.

Maybe there is strength in numbers?  Please contact me if you have had damage to your car as well.
